PEN15 PAL presents fifteen finished pens, each accompanied by a sculpted Pal figure. The house accessory — the Fore-Tail — mounts at the front of the Pal. It is a considered silhouette. Nothing more is required.
The house
The name is PEN15 PAL. The work is lacquer, brass, and a companion figure cut to a familiar block language. Each Pal is dressed to a current cultural motif. Each pen is finished as if the motif never existed.
We do not explain the joke. We ship the instrument.
House accessory
A curved monkey-tail piece engineered to clip at the front of every Pal. From certain angles the composition reads as a single, unmistakable form. Collectors have described it as “architectural.” We describe it as included.
